2. What Is the DMCA?
The Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) is a United States law that allows copyright owners to notify service providers about allegedly infringing material and request its removal.
While UHF IPTV is not based in the U.S., we voluntarily comply with DMCA principles to maintain fair and lawful operations worldwide.
3. Submitting a Copyright (DMCA) Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized representative) and believe that material available on UHFIPTV.com infringes your copyrighted work, please send a written DMCA Takedown Notice containing all required details.
Your notice must include the following information:

4. What Happens After We Receive a DMCA Notice
Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice:
- We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint via email.
- We will review the content in question to confirm the claim.
- If valid, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material as soon as possible.
- We may notify the user or partner who provided or linked to the material, giving them the opportunity to submit a Counter-Notice (see below).
- We will retain a record of your notice for legal purposes.
5. Submitting a Counter-Notice (Appeal)
If you believe your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a Counter-Notice to request reinstatement.
Your Counter-Notice must include:
- Your full name, address, and contact information.
- Identification of the content that was removed and the URL(s) where it appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed or disabled due to mistake or misidentification.
- A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts (for example, in your country or region).
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Once a valid Counter-Notice is received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant initiates legal action within 10 business days.
6. Repeat Infringement Policy
We reserve the right to terminate, suspend, or restrict access to accounts or users who are found to:
- Repeatedly infringe copyright, or
- Misuse our platform in ways that violate intellectual property laws.
This includes users who intentionally misuse EPG or link data for illegal streaming or redistribution.
7. Misuse of the DMCA Process
Submitting false or misleading copyright notices or Counter-Notices is a serious violation of the DMCA and may result in legal liability, including damages and attorney’s fees.
Please ensure that you are the rightful copyright holder or authorized agent before filing a notice.
8. No Ownership of Third-Party Content
UHF IPTV does not own or claim rights to any external channels, broadcasts, movies, logos, or data.
All visual identifiers (channel logos, show names, etc.) are used under fair use for reference, indexing, and educational purposes only.
If any logo or material is displayed and you wish it to be removed or replaced, please contact us directly, and we will review the request promptly.
9. Limitation of Liability
UHF IPTV, its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for:
- Any damages or losses resulting from DMCA requests or removals.
- Mistaken or misdirected copyright notices.
- User actions involving third-party content outside our platform.
Our responsibility is limited to reviewing, processing, and acting on valid DMCA complaints in good faith.
10. International Copyright Protection
We comply with international copyright frameworks under:
- WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization)
- Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
- TRIPS Agreement
Although based in Canada, we process copyright requests globally and cooperate with content owners worldwide.
