Refund & Money-Back Guarantee Policy

Applies to: UHF IPTV (“we”, “us”, “our”), website uhfiptv.com, and all related digital subscriptions, access codes, and services.

1) Summary

  • 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Refunds within 7 days only if the service is not working after full troubleshooting with our support team.
  • No “change-of-mind” refunds: If you refuse to test or simply don’t want the service, no refund.
  • Evidence required: We may request screenshots, short recordings, error text, timestamps.
  • Refund method: Original payment method; timeline depends on bank/processor.
  • Exclusions: User internet/VPN/router issues, unsupported devices, content changes, regional blocks, Terms violations.

2) What Our 7-Day Guarantee Covers

  1. Time window: Request within 7 calendar days of purchase/activation.
  2. Non-functionality: Core service not working on supported devices.
  3. Support cooperation: You complete all troubleshooting steps we provide.
  4. No success after troubleshooting: Still not working after alternatives tested.
  5. Proof: You provide requested evidence so we can validate the issue.

3) What Is Not Covered (No Refund)

  • Change of mind or refusal to troubleshoot.
  • User-side issues: weak internet, router/VPN blocks, unsupported/modified devices.
  • Content availability changes, blackouts, maintenance.
  • Regional restrictions, ISP interference, or government/third-party blocks.
  • Account misuse or Terms violations.
  • Requests after 7 days; incorrect plan choice; reseller purchases; promos/freebies.
  • Chargebacks filed before contacting us in good faith.

4) How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Support within 7 days: Email support@uhfiptv.com with subject “Refund Request – Order #xxxxx” and include name, order ID, email, device/app, ISP, country/city, description + screenshots/video.
  2. Complete Troubleshooting: Follow each step we provide and report results.
  3. Re-test: Try any alternate profile/route/app we supply.
  4. Final Review: If still not working, we approve and confirm your refund.

5) Refund Method & Timeline

Refunds go to the original payment method. We process within 3–5 business days after approval; your bank/processor may need 5–10 additional business days. Currency conversion fees are not controlled by us and are non-refundable.

6) Trials, Partial Periods, and Renewals

  • Trials/test access are not refundable.
  • No pro-rated refunds outside the 7-day window.
  • Cancel auto-renew before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

7) Device & Network Requirements

  • Stable broadband (≥25 Mbps for HD/4K recommended).
  • Supported device and up-to-date app/OS.
  • No restrictive router/firewall/VPN settings that block service.
  • Willingness to test one alternative app and one alternative configuration if requested.

8) Abuse & Fair Use

We may refuse refunds and/or terminate access for excessive sharing/resale, fraud, bad-faith disputes, or attempts to bypass plan limits.

9) Example Scenarios

  • Approved: You purchased 2 days ago, followed all steps, still not working—refund granted.
  • Denied: Change of mind or refusal to test—no refund.
  • Denied: ISP congestion/packet loss, unsupported device, or modified OS—no refund.

10) How to Cancel (Without Refund)

Contact support@uhfiptv.com to stop future renewals. Your access remains until the end of your paid period. Cancellation does not trigger a refund.
